Jeff Young, a visual designer who has worked in a wide range of disciplines specializing in motion graphics and design conceptualization.

After graduating from Boise State University in 1993, Jeff began his career designing print and interactive materials for Stark Advertising in Dallas, Texas. He eventually transitioned into motion design working for KXAS the NBC affiliate in Fort Worth working as a online designer.

He ventured on to The Edit House located in Fort Worth Texas. Jeff brought his expertise to expand the creative content for such clients as Blockbuster Video and Pier 1 Imports. Moving on to Micron Technologies in Boise, Idaho. Jeff developed cross platform branding for Micron and its subsidiaries, Crucial and Lexar.

Jeff then joined The Weather Channel in Atlanta, Georgia, where he was a lead designer/animator. In addition to his involvement with the on-air design team, Jeff played a integral role in the HD launch and creating on-air show looks from conception to completion. In addition Jeff developed interface design for True View and local on air products.

Today, Jeff's talents have lead him to CNN where as a production designer has helped influence and develop the design staff. As a motion designer he is continually embracing change and trying to evolve his skills and approach to visual design.
